the newest addition to our family: JADE and JASMIN, 2 bison calves. At the moment they live in our backyard and are bottle fed

Talisa, our bison hybrid heifer by one of our bison and David, the beefalo bull. She is 3 months old and very independent!

another wonderful surprise: the oldest bison calved March 11th. She had a healthy bison hybrid bull, 65.30625% bison content, the same as Talisa.

Mollie, the Berkshire sow had a litter of 8 healthy piglets, the beginning of our free range pig venture. Picture shows them at 1 day old.

Last, but not least, Shaq Ebony, one of our Beefalo, had a calf by Bold Venture, the half bison bull (semen imported from the US).      Bold Surprise, 38.769531% bison content

The Beefalo meat and Berkshire Pork bred and grown in the Whitsundays ; the Beefalo are grassfed and have never been treated with hormones. They are free of chemical residues.

The Berkshire Pigs are free range and are fed with only high quality feed (no blood & bone). They are grazing as well and have never been treated with hormones. They are free of antibiotics and chemical residues.

"FROM THE PADDOCK TO THE PLATE": all animals are born and bred in the Whitsundays.
